Seth Green improvises a lot of Joker’s dialogue

For those of you who are unaware, Seth Green is an actor and has acted in very well known movies such as the Italian Job, Austin Powers and much more. So it’s only natural for an actor to improvise when he does voice over’s for Joker. Seth Green does a damn fine job voicing Joker, because as a pilot and a person, Joker is unique and often maintains a personal relationship with the ship(EDI) and Shepard.
