The Normandy is the perfect ship and can go through undetected even on the enemies most advanced radar. When Shepard has to board a Geth ship, Shepard asks Joker if they can go through the blockade undetected. Joker says something like “The only way they’ll hear us is if you all start singing the Russian national anthem. This is an obvious reference to film The Hunt for Red October.
