Battlefield 4: Naval Strike

DICE has seemingly resumed production of Battlefield 4 DLC, with Naval Strike due in late March. However, while DICE Stockholm has been handling development of the main game, it seems that DICE LA will handle development duties for the last two DLC packs in the series.

This was confirmed by “Darklord”, a Battlelog developer, on Reddit. DICE LA has been responsible for working on Second Assault, which launched first with the Xbox One edition of Battlefield 4. DICE Stockholm’s last DLC will be Naval Strike and it will then focus on the main game.

Late last year, it was decided that DICE would cease development on all future DLC and even Star Wars: Battlefront to focus on patching the number of bugs inherent in Battlefield 4. Whether that goal has been achieved or not really depends on the players, but at least there seem to be less cases of players being unable to get online. What are your thoughts? Let us know below.
