When Battlefield 4 was first showcased via a nearly 20 minute long trailer of early gameplay footage, we got a glimpse of something that has been clamoured about for a long time: A female soldier. Naturally, you couldn’t play as her in the single-player, which DICE reiterated loud and clear as soon as the game was showcased at GDC 2013.

But what about the multiplayer?

PSX Sense apparently discovered a leaked promotional poster for the game which states that you’ll be able to “customize your soldier to be unique on the battlefield choosing among a large number of options, including gender and facial features”. Check it out below.

It would be especially interesting if you could choose from more than one body type to customize appearance. However, take it with a grain of salt since DICE has not officially announced the same, much less revealed multiplayer to the public. We’ll know for sure at E3 2013 just what the lowdown on Battlefield 4’s multiplayer is.
