A new trailer, titled “Total War” has been revealed for DICE’s upcoming Battlefield 4 and showcases all the features one can expect in the game. Check it out above (though it’s in French).

The trailer details what players can expect in Battlefield 4, namely the campaign mode (with footage from the jaw-dropping Angry Sea trailer), Commander mode – which allows players to assume the role of support soldiers via an app on tablets – and Conquest mode. Yes, the famous tumbling skyscraper makes an appearance here, along with tons of multiplayer footage, the power of Frostbite 3 and wide-spread destruction.

Battlefield 4 will be a cross-generational title, releasing for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 along with the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The current-gen versions will be available on October 29th in North America and November 1st in Europe, with next gen versions expected to arrive in Q4 2013. Stay tuned for more updates, as we prepare for the next generation of battle.
