Battlefield Hardline Beta Details Coming on January 29th, New Dev Diary Released

Studio head promises "exact dates and info" for the open beta tomorrow.

Rumours – backed by screencaps – revealed that the Battlefield: Hardline open beta would be arriving on February 3rd. There was no official confirmation from Visceral Games but given the recent developments, studio boss Steve Papoutsis revealed that beta dates would be announced tomorrow, January 29th.

“We’ll share the exact dates and info on the Battlefield: Hardline open beta tomorrow. Stay tuned, thanks again, and keep that feedback coming.”

A new developer diary has also been released and details many of the changes Visceral made based on player feedback. There have also been sessions “with some of the best Battlefield players in the world” on how to improve the game and further tweak it to be a better experience.

Visceral is on track for the release of Battlefield: Hardline on March 17th PS3, PS4, PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Stay tuned for more information on the beta in the coming day or so.
