Blair Witch

Inside Xbox kicked off with a new trailer for Bloober Team’s Blair Witch. Releasing for Xbox One and PC, it takes place after the first movie and sees a former police officer Ellis traveling to the woods to locate a missing child. As you’d probably guess, the Blair Witch isn’t willing to let him leave quietly.

Of course, something isn’t quite right with Ellis. The latest story trailer offers some hints on his troubled past and how everything might not be what it seems. This makes you wonder just how much of the woods’ horror is the result of the Blair Witch curse and how much is in Ellis’s head. Either way, Bullet the dog is still a cute companion to have.

Blair Witch is out on August 30th for Xbox One and PC. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch so you can try it out for just $4.99 per month. Stay tuned for more details from the Inside Xbox show with reveals for Gears 5, Ghost Recon Breakpoint and more coming.
