Bloodstained Curse of the Moon

Though the wait continues for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, the spiritual successor to Castlevania from legendary producer Koji Igarashi. While it’s scheduled to release this year, those not willing to wait can pick up Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon when it releases later this month. Yes, you read that right – it’s out on May 24th and costs $10.

Kickstarter backers for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will likely remember this 8-bit spinoff as stretch goal for the campaign. It’s finally coming out and will take a more old-school approach with its retro music and linear progression. There are plenty of reasons to replay it though with numerous playable characters like Zangetsu the demon slayer and Miriam, the protagonist of Ritual of the Night. Check out the announcement trailer below.

If you backed Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night for more than $28, then Curse of the Moon will be provided free of cost. Head on over to Steam right now to learn more details about the game.
