Borderlands 3

You may not remember this, but way back in April there was a rumor that legendary rapper Ice-T would be involved in some capacity with the upcoming Borderlands 3. Since nothing else was said about it, and the whole thing came suspiciously close to April 1st, no one really thought much about it afterward. Well, we all got got on this one, because he will be voicing a character in the game after all.

It’s been confirmed by Gearbox and those who’ve got their hands-on the game that Ice-T will voice an AI trapped in a teddy bear in the game named Balex (via DualShockers). None of the footage has been released as of yet, but we’ll keep you updated for when it does.

Most younger people probably know Ice-T from his TV roles in the likes of Law and Order, but before that he was a pretty legendary rap musician- and don’t you dare confusion him with Ice Cube. The man can still drop beats when he wants, so it’ll definitely be interesting to see what his role is like when Borderlands 3 drops on September 13th.
