The Steam version comes with a nice incentive.

Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 came out near the end of last year and was exactly the game you wanted it to be, as can be seen from the game’s massive success. It also got caught up in the whole Epic Games Store controversy, since the PC version released as a timed exclusive to that storefront. Well, the time limit is almost up, and at the end of this week the game will come to Steam. The pre-load is live now and, boy, is there quite the incentive for those who have waited.

The Steam page was updated earlier today, and it includes a very hefty 50% discount for the game’s launch on Friday. This reduces the price from $59.99 USD to $29.99 (you will need to check your region to see if this price carries over). Those discounts also trickle down to the Deluxe Edition. You can see it through here.

Borderlands 3 will launch on Steam on March 13th, with the launch discount extending to March 20th. The game will also have its newest expansion launch on the 26th, which you can read more about through here.
