2025 is going to be a busy year for Take-Two Interactive, with several major releases planned for the year across the company’s publishing labels. Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto 6 is scheduled for Fall, while 2K’s Civilization 7 is due out in February. The latter also has Mafia: The Old Country and Borderlands 4 announced for the year, but when exactly in 2025 can we expect those two?

In its recently published quarterly earnings report, Take-Two has listed both titles – both of which were officially unveiled in August – for release sometime in fiscal year 2026, which runs from April 2025 to March 2026. Officially, both games have 2025 release windows, but this does shift things a little bit- as expected, we know they won’t be coming in early 2025, but this also suggests there’s a possibility that they slip into the early months of the following year.

Whenever they launch, Borderlands 4 and Mafia: The Old Country will both be available for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
