Mafia: The Old Country is an action-adventure game developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K.
It is the fourth instalment in the Mafia franchise. Set in 1900s Sicily, it tells the story of the origins of organized crime.
Both games were previously announced with 2025 release windows, and are in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
