Broken Age

Double Fine Productions has finally announced a release date for its crowd-funded adventure title Broken Age: Act 2. It will be out on April 28th for the PC which will also mark the day that the full game releases on PS4 and PS Vita, complete with cross-buy/save options at $25.

The developer’s adventure title rose to fame when it became the fastest crowd-funded game in Kickstarter history, raising $3.3 million in record time and opening the floodgates for other developers to crowd-fund their titles.

Broke Age was originally set to release as one complete game but due to its increased scale and the desire not to ask for more money from backers, Double Fine released its first act last year. The second act will finally wrap up events and we can’t wait to see how both parts function as a cohesive whole.

Will you be picking up Broken Age: Act 2 this April? Let us know in the comments below.
