Call of Duty 2016 Reveal Coming on May 3rd – Rumour

Official name to finally be revealed?

Posted By | On 26th, Apr. 2016

21. Call of Duty Ghosts

Not much is officially known about Infinity Ward’s next Call of Duty title, aside from it possibly being a sequel to Call of Duty: Ghosts. While the developer has promised a reveal of the title’s gameplay at E3 2016, an official unveiling may be happening on May 3rd.

That’s according to Jim Sterling on Twitter, who posted an image of a retailer listing. “The next Call of Duty will apparently get unveiled by next Tuesday. Getting listed in retailers at any rate.”

Take this with a grain of salt as usual but Sterling isn’t known for just randomly tweeting out such listings. We’ll find out for ourselves what the case may be next week.

Call of Duty isn’t the only FPS sequel coming this year. Electronic Arts is rumoured to be prepping Titanfall 2 for a Holiday 2016 release and has already confirmed that DICE’s next Battlefield title will be out this year. Which game are you anticipating most? Let us know in the comments.
