If you’re getting the above error (dubbed the ABC error), your best bet is to restart your PlayStation 4 console and Black Ops III, and see if that triggers the update. This has worked for some players, however because of likely server congestion, this doesn’t happen right away for everyone and you may need to wait some time for it to trigger.
