Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has received its final DLC with Salvation, albeit on the PlayStation 4. It will arrive on the Xbox One and PC in roughly a month thanks to a timed exclusivity agreement between Activision and Sony.
Not only does it include four new multiplayer maps but it also features the final Zombies campaign mission for both Black Ops 3 and for the entirety of the Zombies Origins storyline. The four multiplayer maps in question include Micro, which is like an homage to Honey, I Shrunk the Kids; Outlaw, a Western-style map that’s a reimagined form of Standoff from Black Ops 2; Rupture, a reimagining of Call of Duty: World at War’s Outskirts map; and Citadel.
The Zombies chapter is titled Revelations and sees Richtofen, Dempsey, Takeo and Nikolai battling against an ancient evil to finally end the conflict between humanity and the undead. The Salvation DLC retails for $15 and can also be acquired by purchasing Black Ops 3’s $50 Season Pass.
