Activision’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is out now for PS4. What should have been a shadow drop was spoiled through key art and trailer leaks but it’s here now and that’s all the matters. Except it’s currently available only for PS4 players. Xbox One and PC players have to wait till April 30th but can currently pre-purchase the title.
Only the campaign is included in the package and sees players working with Task Force 141 to hunt down Vladimir Makarov, who’s committing atrocities around the globe. Of course, the conflict eventually escalates to a global scale. Check out the trailer below for some brief snippets.
Handled by Beenox, the remaster has better texture resolution and details, improved animation and redone audio among other enhancements. It also supports HDR and up to 4K resolution on consoles with the PC version having ultrawide support and higher frame rates.
