Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Trailer Leaks, Open Beta Confirmed First for PS4 and PS5

New trailer leaks ahead of its worldwide reveal today at 10 AM PT. When live, pre-orders will provide early access to the open beta.

Leaks have begun to emerge for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, specifically the worldwide reveal trailer that goes live today at 10 AM PT. Jamie Evans on Twitter has shared the same and it showcases Task Force 141 running around, doing its thing. Check it out below.

Along with showcasing the team on speedboats, racing towards an oil rig, seemingly looking for something. This cuts to various scenes of nighttime combat, closed corridors and the proclamation of “needing an army.” Perhaps more importantly, the trailer confirms early access to the open beta on pre-ordering. It will be coming to PS4 and PS5 first, as indicated by recent data mining.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is out on October 28th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Though extensive gameplay wasn’t showcased in the reveal trailer, the shooter is slated to appear at the Summer Game Fest showcase. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
