Call of Duty Modern Warfare

The first trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, containing “actual in-game footage,” has finally been released. Check it out below and bask in the glory of the return of Captain Price. The game will be releasing on October 25th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

Returning the focus to modern war, this is effectively a re-imagining of Infinity Ward’s classic series. Players will take part in covert operations in locations like Europe and the Middle East. Various special forces members across nations will be involved, and Price even hints at his “old comrades” making a return.

Multiplayer is pretty much confirmed (though not really showcased in the trailer), but players can also team together in co-op for some elite operations. These are “accessible to all skill levels,” which seems like difficulty levels akin to the old Spec Ops modes in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and 3. Stay tuned for more information on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare as it arrives.
