Following feedback, Raven Software has taken bigger steps to curb the weapon’s power.

Raven Software already released one update to curb the DMR 14’s dominance in Call of Duty: Warzone but it wasn’t quite enough. To that end, the developer has released another update which takes a much harsher stand against the weapon. It also nerfed the Type 63 and Diamatti again while fixing the latest infinite Stim glitch.
First off, the DMR 14 – its bullet penetration has gone from Sniper to Assault Rifle. The damage fall-off range has also been decreased, recoil increased and headshot damage reduced after 750 units of distance. Vertical recoil reduction on the Front Grip has been removed but horizontal recoil reduction has been increased to 30 percent. You can’t use the Field Agent Foregrip to offset this too much either since its vertical recoil reduction has gone from 35 to 25 percent while the horizontal recoil reduction has gone from 35 to 30 percent.
The Type 63 has also had its bullet penetration changed to be more like an assault rifle along with damage fall-off ranges being decreased. The Diamatti’s max damage has been reduced from 45 to 40 while using it Akimbo sets all location damage multipliers to one. Check out the full range of changes below courtesy of Raven Software on Twitter.
