Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: WWII has finally been revealed and along with information about multiplayer, “actual in-game footage” and talks about authenticity, the game’s first official screenshots have been released.

They showcase some of the stellar texture work at play, particularly for the characters. The alpha effects of the flamethrower look pretty good and yes, a little tease for Zombies mode is included. This will be the co-op mode that can be played with friends and of course it will have Nazi Zombies.

Call of Duty: WWII takes place entirely in the European Theater of World War 2, going from Normandy to Belgium and to Germany. Players control 1st Infantry Division soldier Private “Red” Daniels as he battles through the conflict.

Releasing on November 3rd, Call of Duty: WWII will be out on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. What do you think of the game thus far? Let us know in the comments below.
