Capcom has been teasing announcements since the last week with a countdown timer, which turned out to be the reveal for the next Street Fighter game, Street Fighter 6. On top of that, the company doubled down on the reveals with the announcement of a collection of classic fighting games from Capcom’s arcade days.
Called Capcom Fighting Collection, the package contains ten classic Capcom arcade fighting games bundled together in one single package- Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors, Hyper Street Fighter II, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness, Night Warriors: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix, Campure Savior: The Lord of Vampire, Vampre Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire, Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, and Red Earth.
Along with the games, the collection will be coming with rollback netcode, online competitive matches with lobbies, training modes, and gallery items such as concept art, design documents for the games, soundtracks, and more.
Capcom Fighting Collection is scheduled to come out on June 24, for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, and will retail for $39.99. Check out its announcement trailer below.
