French studio Sandfall Interactive’s upcoming RPG Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has made several promises that have caught the eyes of genre fans, from a unique turn-based combat system to a fascinating core cast of characters. To offer more information on the latter, publisher Kepler Interactive has started rolling out character-focused trailers, with the first focused on Gustave.
Voiced by Charlie Cox of Daredevil fame, Gustave is an engineer who, up to this point, has lived his life trying to defend his people and his city from the evil Paintress. He has now become an Expeditioner, so he can devote himself to helping defeat the mysterious threat. Of course, he’s quite a capable warrior in his own right, with his character trailer showcasing glimpses of what he will be capable of in combat. Check it out below.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 launches on April 24 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Check out its PC requirements through here.
