Gears of War

Now that Gears of War 4 is officially unveiled the thing that everyone apparently wants to know is what the people who are behind the original game in the series think about the way that series is being continued. Shortly after the trailer for the game went live fans of the game took to Twitter to ask Cliff Blezinski what he thought of the game.

It’s possible that people thought he would go after the newest title in the series, or perhaps they thought he would sing its praises. Instead, the former creator of the original Gears of War who is now with Boss Key productions had some nice words about the game, at first saying, “new Gears looks great, getting an Uncharted vibe here.”

He went on to call the game, “Gears of Storm?!” One Twitter user asked the video game veteran if this was the first time he had laid his eyes on Gears of War 4 and he replied with a simple “Yep.”
