Code Vein

Code Vein has been a long time in the making, having suffered a near full year delay since last year. It’s coming now, and we’ve been seeing more and more of it. Today we get a brief Japanese TV spot on the game that marries the anime-inspired look with some rock music.

The TV spot is below. We see some of the anime style cutscenes followed by quick cuts of various scenes from the game. Some of them are familiar, but they manage to pack in a few new snippets we haven’t seen yet. It also throws a quick spotlight on the God Eater 3-themed weapons you get for preordering. The game will feature a host of various challenges, like the funky Successor of the Ribcage boss, but you’ll have the help of co-op partners to help you through the wasteland.

Code Vein will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 27th.
