Console sales from a different perspective

Sure, console sales don’t really matter to us the gamers, but knowing how much they sold is something that everyone needs to know.  But here ill show you how much money each company made, note that nothing here is completely accurate.

(The price is an estimated average from all the models of the console throughout its lifetime, not the current price tag)

Sony Playstation 3

How much it sold -The PS3 sold about 27,000,000 consoles world wide

Price – About $450

Sony Made –  About $12,150,000,000

Microsoft Xbox 360

How much it sold –  The Xbox 360 sold about 33,000,000 consoles world wide.

Price – About $350

Microsoft Made –  About $11,550,000,000

Nintendo Wii

How much it sold –  The Wii sold about 57,000,000 consoles world wide

Price – About $245

Nintendo Made –  About $13,965,000,000

Once again nothing mentioned is accurate, but everything is pretty close to reality.
