Corpse Party: Book of Shadows Launching on PSN Next Week (Insert “The Ring” Reference)

"Seven days"? A week? Get it?

Posted By | On 09th, Jan. 2013

As the follow-up to last year’s little horror romp, Corpse Party: Book of Shadows takes us back once more to Heavenly Host Elementary as the ghosts come out to play. This time, the focus will be on short stories of characters tormented by the ghosts of sins past when the sequel releases next week on PSN.

Corpse Party follows the exploits of Kisaragi Academy students as they attempt a ritual to make their friendship last forever and somehow get transported into a hellish dimension where the spirits of dead students want to make a different kind of “forever ever” relationship.

And no, we’re not talking about being Farmville buddies.

Check out Corpse Party: Book of Shadows when it releases on January 15th for PSN, specifically for Playstation Portable (so it’s actually 6 days. So sue us). It might not be a killer app but still presents a great reason for dusting off that PSP one last time.
