Crash Bandicoot 4 - It's About Time

Activision’s Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time finally received its gameplay reveal trailer during the Summer Game Fest showcase. It sees an old foe coming back from the past to take down everyone’s favorite bandicoot. Three guesses for who that could be. Check out the trailer below.

Crash Bandicoot 4 will see players controlling both Crash and Coco for all stages but antagonist Doctor Neo Cortex is also playable (with more cerebral stages). Otherwise, you can expect new worlds, from a futuristic landscape with flying cars to a prehistoric period with a large T-Rex chasing our hero. Crash will also have some new powers, including the Gravity Mask that allows for walking on walls and ceilings.

Time manipulation also appears to be an ability bestowed by the new Time Mask, which allows for slowing down obstacles to safely traverse them. Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is coming to Xbox One and PS4 on October 2nd. Stay tuned for more details on it in the coming months.
