Ghostlight has recently announced their upcoming action driving game Crash City Mayhem will be heading to the Nintendo 3DS eShop on May 9th and will be available for £17.99/€19.99. The game will also be receiving a Japanese release as Runabout 3D: Drive Impossible by Rocket Company.

Crash City Mayhem entails driving around on the streets against a deadly syndicate of terrorists, competing in different missions to ultimately earn rewards and stop their nefarious plans. The game may be a racing title, but that doesn’t mean you’ll be restricted to just cars as mopeds and tanks are also available. Players can also drive anywhere – on rooftops, inside buildings, sewers and much more.

You’ll be doing plenty by way of rescuing hostages and planting bombs besides evading annoying cops. Plenty of secrets and vehicle upgrades await for surly drivers – the ones who make it out alive that is. Check it out on May 9th.
