The remake of the classic kart racer, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, is finally out, and it seems to be a hit. The game took some people by surprise due to its difficulty (and not playing anything like Mario Kart, let’s be honest), but most seem to be high on it. Just as people are getting used to it, though, we’re about to get our first Grand Prix with a host of new content.

We reported earlier that the game would have ongoing Grand Prix events that would also be including a very special guest star at some point. Well, as announced by the game’s official Twitter, the first is revving up already to begin July 3rd. It will include a brand new track, new items, characters, skins, and a host of brand new challenges. You can check it all out below.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch. The first Grand Prix will go live on all platforms July 3th-28th. If you haven’t decided on whether you want to try the game just yet, check out our review to see if it’s for you.
