Cronos: The New Dawn is a survival horror game developed and published by Bloober Team.
The game is set across two different timelines- 1980s Poland and a post-apocalyptic future.
Developer Bloober Team's recently announced Cronos: The New Dawn may very well be just the first instalment of a larger franchise.
Bloober Team says its upcoming sci-fi horror game takes cues from Dead Space, as well as the likes of Alan Wake and Resident Evil.
Director and designer Wojciech Piejko reveals the developer "didn't want to overlap with, let's say, a more grounded story."
As part of the Collective, players must discover rifts in the future to travel to the 1980s and extract Essences from select individuals.
The third-person shooter, which features elements of survival horror and science fiction, will launch for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
