CrossCode

Radical Fish Games’ CrossCode, a stellar action RPG that exited Steam Early Access in September, was missing a few features on launch. Thankfully, the developer has been working hard to deliver them, and while New Game Plus isn’t live yet, support for Steam Achievements and Trading Cards has been added. After installing the update, simply start the game and the Achievements will be synchronized with Trophies earned in-game.

It’s worth noting that only Trophies marked with a special symbol will grant Steam Achievements. So if you’re expecting a ton of different Achievements to unlock, you might want to temper those expectations. As for Steam Trading Cards, seven cards in total have been added, along with nine emoticons and three backgrounds.

In terms of in-game content, there isn’t too much to be had in the new update. The Last Minute Heroes HQ has been opened up, but only the plaza is accessible. The next update will open up the HQ, so marvel at the various statues in the meantime. Some more NPCs have been added into CrossWorlds as well, with a special cameo in Bergen Village. Finally, a new stat – “Time played with Assist Mode” – has been added to the stats tracked.
