Shocking, I know.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot_02

CyberConnect2 is a familiar name to most anime fans who bleed over into the video game landscape, I imagine. The company has worked in some capacity on multiple anime adaptations over the years, with the latest one being Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, the upcoming RPG based on the legendary manga and anime. It seems more is on the way, too, according to the CEO of the company.

In a special video, Hiroshi Matsuyama answered some questions from fans, and when asked about what anime/manga he would chose to adapt next, he said he couldn’t answer that. The reason why? Because the company has already picked one and are developing it now. You can see the video below.

What it could be is anyone’s guess. Whether it’ll be another popular one like Naruto or One Piece or something more off the wall remains to be see. We’ll just have to wait and see what they come up with.
