One of the biggest anticipated releases of the year has been Cyberpunk 2077 for quite some time. Unfortunately, it saw yet another delay last week, being pushed back from September to November. Despite no native version coming for next generation consoles until 2021, that will most likely put it smack dab in the middle of their release window (but the game will still be playable and look pretty slick on those systems). But if you want a little taste of Cyberpunk 2077, there is a new comic series you can check out.

Dark Horse Comics will release a 4-part miniseries called Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team. The series will follow Nina, who is part of the privately-owned Trauma Team International. As a lone survivor of a previous operation that went bad, she agrees to take on a new extraction mission that ends up in a more dangerous spot than she imagined. The series will be scripted by Cullen Bunn, with art by Miguel Valderrama, with the first issue set to come out September 9th. It’ll be available in all major comic book stores, as well as digital storefronts.

Cyberpunk 2077 is now set to come November 19th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with a 2020 launch also planned for Stadia. Despite the delay, as of now the hands-on Night City Wire event is still set for June 25th.
