'A profound reappraisal.'

Dark Souls 3

Dark Souls 3 is almost here- and in spite of all the complaints about it being too soon (it is going to be the third Souls release in as many years, and that is without counting Scholar of the First Sin and The Old Hunters), it seems that excitement for the game is at an all time high.

It seems critics are also approving of this newest entry in the series. Dark Souls 3 seems to have been met by great reviews worldwide- and this new review by French site Gamekult is singing praises for the game, praising the incredible boss battles and level design, while pointing out that the story is easier to follow this time around than before. The review does note that the world is nowhere near as complex as it has been in previous games, but concludes that it is a ‘profound re-appraisal’ of the series, awarding it a 9/10.

Our own review of Dark Souls 3 should be coming up soon. The game is due out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
