Dead or Alive 6- New Fighter Diego And Returning Fighter Rig Announced With Gameplay Footage

A new trailer introduces the new fighter Diego and a gameplay video showcases Diego and Rig fighting each other.

Dead or Alive 6 Diego

Dead or Alive 6 was announced back in June, and it looks like the game will be taking a more serious approach compared to some previous entries in the series. Now, two new playable fighters have been announced by Team Ninja and Koei-Tecmo. One of them is a new fighter, who goes by the name Diego, while the other is a returning fighter Rig, whom we’ve seen before. An introductory trailer for Diego and a gameplay video in which Diego and Rig go up against each other have also been released, courtesy of IGN. You can view both these videos below.

Diego is a hard-hitting fighter using full-body moves. His backstory is that he entered street fighting to get money to help his sick mother, and he soon earned the title “uncrowned street hero.” As for Rig, he retains his fighting style with kick-based attacks, but he will now also be more acrobatic in battle. Rig is a taekwondo master, and he was an antagonist in Dead or Alive 5.
