Capcom is bringing the original Dead Rising back in style with Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, a remake with overhauled visuals, new quality-of-life features, and much more. The Standard Edition retails for $50, but there’s also a Digital Deluxe Edition with outfits from other Capcom franchises, including Resident Evil.
One such outfit has been revealed in a new spotlight trailer – Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil 2. Rocking the Raccoon City Police Department colors, the outfit doesn’t offer unique abilities or advantages. It’s just a fun cosmetic for players to don.
Of course, there’s more to come from the survival horror franchise, with silhouettes teasing villains like Nemesis (Resident Evil 3) and Tyrant (Resident Evil 1). Other packs include outfits from Mega Man and Capcom fighting games, with 17 in total (alongside some optional BGM tracks). Though these packs are included with the Digital Deluxe Edition, they can also be purchased separately.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is out for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on September 19th. Check out our feature for the latest details.
