Motive Studio’s remake of Dead Space has already gone gold ahead of its launch later this month. If you’re still on the fence about it, then it’s worth checking out Steam. Pre-purchasing the remake nets Dead Space 2 for free.
If you’ve already pre-purchased the game, then you’re still covered. Dead Space 2, as the name implies, is the sequel to the 2008 sci-fi survival horror. It sees Isaac Clarke aboard the Sprawl, a massive space station, three years after the previous game. Of course, the Necromorphs soon attack, and he’s also plagued by visions, making it hard to discern what’s real.
Even if the Dead Space remake is a bust (which seems highly unlikely), Dead Space 2 is well worth the price of admission.
