While developer Kojima Productions is yet to reveal much in the way of details about Death Stranding 2 other than its initial trailer, a developer might have inadvertently help reveal the game’s release window.
As spotted by ResetEra user Angie, PlayStation Studios Visual Arts senior artist Frank Aliberti has listed Death Stranding 2 as one of the games he worked on in his profile on ArtStation, stating that the game is slated for a 2024 release. Unfortunately, Aliberti has since changed his profile to take Death Stranding 2‘s mentions down.
Other works listed under Aliberti’s portfolio include Firewall Ultra, as well as untitled upcoming games, including an upcoming first-person shooter, and an upcoming third-person co-op shooter.
Kojima Productions boss Hideo Kojima recently spoke about Death Stranding 2 in his podcast, where he stated that Fragile will play an important role in the game’s story.
