Even after a big trailer blowout, several showings and some attempts to explain what “Social Strand System” is, let’s be honest, no one has a damn clue what Death Stranding actually is all about. While we have chunks here and there, the whole picture is still too fuzzy to see. That’s by design, I’m sure, and regardless of that fact, the hype is strong with this one. While we await the next bit of information no one will really understand, we did get some nice new screens.

The screens were released via the official PlayStation Twitter account. They highlight two of the key characters we’ll come across in the game: Mama and Deadman, along with some screens of the main character Sam running in the field and talking to Geoff Keighley. Fun times.

Death Stranding releases exclusively on PlayStation 4 on November 8th. The game is confirmed to be at next month’s Tokyo Game Show, so stay tuned.
