Death Stranding May Star Diane Kruger

For now, it’s just a theory.

Death Stranding

Hideo Kojima has all had film direction aspirations, and he is exercising said aspirations with his upcoming presumed to be magnum opus, Death Stranding. We already know he has Norman Reedus and Guillermo del Torro on board for the game, as well as no less than Mads Mikkelson—now, another major movie personality may soon be revealed as being part of the project.

As some people on Reddit have unearthed (and are now speculating based on what they have dug up), it seems as though Diane Kruger, German star who starred in In The Fade, the German drama that was nominated for an Academy Award, may in fact be in the game—she worked on mocap for something back in September, and evidence seems to link her to Kojima’s game.

Given the star power on this title, it doesn’t sound unreasonable to expect that Kruger is in fact working on the game—but we’ll have to wait for proper confirmation before we can actually stick a fork in the theory either way.
