Death Stranding is a unique game, about as unique as you can get for a major budget mainstream title, from the setting, the music and just about everything else really. The game was teased for many years at Sony related events, published by that company and used the Decima engine developed by Sony-owned studio Guerilla Games. That’s why it was quite a surprise when a PC version of the game was announced right before the game released. And it seems it could be coming sooner than expected.
The PC port was announced for Summer of this year, but it seems the rating for that version of the game has already been done by the ESRB, the same rating as the current game. While it doesn’t necessarily mean anything, usually ratings for games tend to come at a time when marketing or releases are about to come. There’s a lot of expectations for the PC release of the game as well by publisher 505 Games, so stay tuned.
If you just can’t wait, the game is available to purchase now exclusively on the PlayStation 4.
