Death Stranding is a marvellous game, but one of the biggest barriers to my enjoyment of it has been the absolutely tiny font size the game uses for its UI and subtitles (and it’s not even the first game this year to make this mistake). Thankfully, that complaint will be addressed by the December update for the game, Hideo Kojima confirmed on Twitter today.
That’s not the only common complaint the new patch will be taking care of, either. Apparently, the ability to dispose of individual vehicles has also been commonly requested, and will be added to the game with this new patch. This hasn’t actually been as much of a bother in my playthrough as it has been in others’, but nonetheless I am glad that it’s getting fixed as well.
At the very least, this patch sounds far more substantial than the one I reported on yesterday, which did… nothing?
Good news! We are working on another update to address the most common requests from players such as the ability to increase text size or dispose of individual vehicles.
The update is set for around mid-December. We appreciate all your thoughtful feedback!#DeathStranding pic.twitter.com/LFO0V7PWuT— KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS (Eng) (@KojiPro2015_EN) November 27, 2019
