Destiny 2 Announcement Teased For After Age of Triumph

Perhaps in April?

After it was confirmed by Kotaku’s Jason Schreier that the leaked poster for Destiny 2 is indeed real, it seems we’re on the verge of an announcement from Bungie. Schreier did note that it would be coming “soon” but didn’t specify when.

It may not be anytime this month at least. Bungie posted a very interesting tease on Twitter with regards to Destiny’s final live event Age of Triumph. “Your adventures up to this moment deserve to be celebrated before we move on to new worlds.”

Furthermore, in This Week at Bungie, community manager David “DeeJ” Dague closed the update by stating, “You were expecting something else? One milestone at a time, Guardians.”

In any case, the developer’s focus is on Age of Triumph which will see the return of Vault of Glass and Crota’s End to Destiny’s end-game, new armour and Ornaments and classic raid weapons returning. It will be out on March 28th for Xbox One and PS4.
