If you’ve pre-ordered Destiny 2, redeemed your pre-order on Bungie.net and received an email with the beta code, then congratulations – you’ll be able to pre-load the game at 10 AM PDT/6 PM BST for Xbox One or PS4 as per Polygon. This is only valid for those with early access codes.
It should also be noted that different platforms will receive beta access at different times. PS4 players can get in on July 18th, 10 AM PST while Xbox One players gain access on July 19th at 10 AM PST. If you haven’t pre-ordered the game, you can still access the open beta on July 21st till July 23rd.
Destiny 2’s open beta will include the first story mission “Homecoming”, two Crucible modes in Control and Countdown, the Endless Vale PvP map and the Inverted Spire strike. The new social space, the Farm, will be available for an hour on July 23rd for players to explore. As for PC players, you can expect beta access in late August.
