Destiny 2 Beyond Light

Some surprising news about Bungie’s Destiny 2 just dropped on the Xbox Games Showcase stream, including the announcement that it would be coming to Xbox Game Pass with all expansions. Not only that but with the power of Project xCloud, fans can also play it on mobile. If that weren’t enough, a new gameplay trailer has been revealed for Beyond Light.

The trailer showcases the power of Darkness that players will wield, namely Stasis. This manifests as a new Ice-like element which can freeze enemies and shatter them into pieces. Stasis abilities can also be used to create platforms to jump on and walls to boost players up.

We also get a peek at some of the new enemies (including a Fallen wielding Stasis swords) and weapons. Destiny 2: Beyond Light is out on November 10th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC after being delayed from its initial September date. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
