Destiny

Bungie has been disappointing gamers left and right this week, especially following its recent Weekly Update for Destiny. The biggest event players have to look forward to is Crimson Days in February and even that’s barely enough to maintain interest. As long as Bungie is working on Destiny 2, it should be fine, right?

Well, according to Kotaku’s Jason Schreier, that may not be the case. Though Schreier believed there would be a Destiny 2 this Fall, he later retracted his response upon reading the Weekly Update. “I knew more. But yeah, my answer to your last question has reversed.”

And in case you think Schreier word is worth nothing, remember that this is the person who wrote about the messy story behind Destiny’s development. So clearly he knows a thing or two. That being said, take this news with a grain of salt.

What are your thoughts on Destiny 2 not releasing this Fall, especially considering the lack of major content Bungie has in the pipeline? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
