Exotic vendor Xur isn’t usually known for his variety when making weekly stops in Bungie’s Destiny 2. But this week’s offerings are ever-so-slightly different while also providing some legitimately good Exotics. Xur is currently in the Tower Hangar, where he’ll remain until the weekly reset tomorrow.
The Exotic gear this week includes The Bombardiers (Hunter boots), Doom Fang Pauldron (Titan gloves) and Crown of Tempests (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. The Bombardiers are a relatively new item introduced in Season of the Dawn which provides a delay explosion to Dodge. Crown of Tempests is, as always, a quality Exotic for Stormcaller Warlorcks.
The Exotic weapon this week is Prospector which costs 29 Legendary Shards. It’s a Heavy grenade launcher that can fire grenades in full-auto. Releasing the trigger after firing will detonate all of the grenades, with fire damage over time applied to foes. Overall, it provides some very good damage especially if you don’t have Wendigo-GL3 for the Heavy slot.
