Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost 2020

Bungie has released the first trailer for Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost, its yearly Halloween event. Starting on October 6th, players will be able to earn new cosmetics, including armor sets, emotes and of course, masks. Check out the first trailer below.

In keeping with the Halloween theme, each class will now have a more distinct armor set. Warlocks get vampire-like armor; Hunters look more like Wolves; and Titans resemble Frankenstein’s monster. One can also earn different mummy-themed cosmetics like a Ghost, Sparrow and ship.

Festival of the Lost will likely see the return of the Haunted Forest as well so stay tuned for more details. It’s currently slated to run until November 3rd for all platforms. That should be more than enough time before Beyond Light, the next big Destiny 2 expansion, launches on November 10th. The Destiny Content Vault will also become available on the same day, sending older locations, activities, campaigns and so in into the Vault.
