Destiny 2 launched on consoles two months ago, but PC users only got their hands on the game when it launched for the system last week. Considering the fact that it’s Bungie’s first PC release in over a decade, there were bound to be a few bugs and glitches. The developers, however, are hard at work on fixing those issues.
Bungie’s official Twitter support page recently posted a couple of updates on some fixes in the game. For one, Bungie have confirmed that the issue that was causing players to run into the GUITAR and WEASEL errors has been fixed, so that should no longer be a problem.
Another issue with the game has cropped up after the recent Hotfix 1.0.6.1 – some players have reportedly been facing framerate stutters and drops in their game ever since the Hotfix, and Bungie have posted on Twitter that they’re “actively” looking into the issue. Hopefully there’ll be a fix for this sooner rather than later.
Activision recently stated that they’re very happy with how Destiny 2 has been selling, and that they have plenty of content planned for the future. You can read all about it here.
